HOW FAR IS THE PROPERTY FROM TOWN?

The town is about a 7-9 minute drive from the villas. It is about a 30-40 minute walk (not advisable at night).  Please see our LOCATION tab.

 

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

Yes!  Since we are located off the beaten path, we HIGHLY recommend that you rent a car.  There are very few taxis in town and we cannot guarantee their availability nor do we schedule them.    

IS THERE A RESTAURANT OR BAR ON THE PREMISES?

No, there isn't.  Restaurants and bars are located in town.

 

CAN I WALK TO THE BEACH FROM THE VILLAS?

Yes, there is a dirt path down the hillside that leads over to the beach. It is about a 5-8 min hike.

 

CAN I SWIM AT THE BEACH ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY?

La Poza beach, which is located below our property is NOT a swimming beach. It is gorgeous and great for taking long walks, but the currents are very strong and the waves crash directly on the beach. In fact, none of the beaches in Todos Santos are recommended for swimming.

 

HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SWIMMING BEACH?

We recommend Cerritos Beach for swimming. It is located about a 15 minute drive south of Todos Santos along highway 19 at km 64. You will find a restaurant and beach equipment rentals there.

 

HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SURF BREAK?

Cerritos Beach (15 min drive south of town off hwy 19) and La Pastora Beach (15 min drive north of town)

 

IS THIS A KID-FRIENDLY PROPERTY?

Although we love little ones, guests must be 15 years or older.

IS THIS A PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY?

Four-legged friends are awesome, but we do not accept animals of any kind.

CAN I HAVE A PARTY OR EVENT?

Loud gatherings and events are not allowed.  Please contact us about renting the entire space.

 

 

IS THIS PROPERTY WHEELCHAIR  ACCESSIBLE?

We are so sorry, but no.  This is a steep hillside property with many stairs.  Our property is also not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

DO YOU PROVIDE DRINKING WATER?

Yes!  You will find glass bottles with filtered water in your unit.  You can refill them at our patio area above the pool.  We also provide ground coffee, coffee filters, coffee condiments, salt and pepper. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel your reservation... 

...30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund complete payment
...15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% to you

...1-14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 25% to you

We charge 100% for cancelations on the day of arrival and for no shows.
