Covid-19

 

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority, and that commitment takes on special significance in light of the global outbreak of COVID-19.

We are following required and recommended procedures and protocols of the local and Mexican government's  public health authorities.
 

 

CDC REQUIREMENTS / COVID TESTING

  • FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS still need to show a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States taken within one day of the flight. (We suggest that you check with the CDC for latest updates)
     

  • St. Jude's Lab in Todos Santos performs Covid tests. If you are interested in getting tested, you will need an appointment. Phone Number: +1 52 (612) 145-0600 If you need a test, we highly suggest that you call them ahead of time to schedule a test to be taken within 1 day of your US bound departing flight.




​COVID 19 CANCELATION INFORMATION
 

  • Unlike the unforeseen initial stages of the Covid 19 pandemic which caught us all off guard in the spring of 2020, planning anything, including travel during the pandemic is now a calculated risk for us all.  Therefore our regular cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If local Baja airports are forced to close during your dates, we will be happy to apply deposits towards future reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY


  • If you cancel your reservation...
    ...30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund complete payment minus 5% fee.
    ...15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% to you of the total reservation price.
    ...1-14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 25% to you of the total reservation price.
    We charge 100% for cancellations on the day of arrival and for no shows.

GUEST ROOMS AND HOUSEKEEPING

​

  • Guest rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you would prefer no cleaning.

    • We will coordinate the cleaning time with you so that there will be no contact between staff and guests. ​

  • Clean towels will be delivered upon request.

  • Unnecessary decorative items such as magazines, pens, note pads, throw pillows, and extra blankets have been removed from guest rooms.

COMMON AREAS

​

  • The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all public spaces, with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces, is increased.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are positioned at key contact areas.
