The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority, and that commitment takes on special significance in light of the global outbreak of COVID-19.
We are following required and recommended procedures and protocols of the local and Mexican government's public health authorities.
NEW CDC REQUIREMENTS

CHECK IN

All employees and guests are required to wear a face covering whenever they are in a business or within six feet of another person who is not a member of their family or household.

All persons shall maintain a distance of at least six feet from others, except for household members, when possible.

High-touch items such as pens and payment portals are disinfected after each use.

The hotel has the right to cancel reservations for parties with symptomatic visitors.

GUEST ROOMS AND HOUSEKEEPING

Guest rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you would prefer no cleaning.

We will coordinate the cleaning time with you so that there will be no contact between staff and guests.

Clean towels will be delivered upon request.

Unnecessary decorative items such as magazines, pens, note pads, throw pillows, and extra blankets have been removed from guest rooms.
COMMON AREAS

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all public spaces, with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces, is increased.

Hand sanitizer dispensers are positioned at key contact areas.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

For reservations made December 8 2020 or after
Reservations will be secured with a 50% deposit.
If you cancel your reservation......30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus a 5% fee.
... 0 to 29 days prior to your arrival the deposit will be non-refundable. -
For reservations made prior to December 8 2020
If you cancel your reservation...
...30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund complete payment minus 5% fee.
...15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% to you of the total reservation price.
...1-14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 25% to you of the total reservation price.
We charge 100% for cancellations on the day of arrival and for no shows.
