The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority, and that commitment takes on special significance in light of the global outbreak of COVID-19.

We are following required and recommended procedures and protocols of the local and Mexican government's  public health authorities.

NEW CDC REQUIREMENTS

  • CDC Requirement for Negative COVID-19 Test or Recovery from COVID-19 for All Air Passengers Arriving into the United States

CHECK IN 

  • All employees and guests are required to wear a face covering whenever they are in a business or within six feet of another person who is not a member of their family or household.

  • All persons shall maintain a distance of at least six feet from others, except for household members, when possible.

  • High-touch items such as pens and payment portals are disinfected after each use.

  • The hotel has the right to cancel reservations for parties with symptomatic visitors.

  • Registered guests only please.

GUEST ROOMS AND HOUSEKEEPING

  • Guest rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you would prefer no cleaning.

    • We will coordinate the cleaning time with you so that there will be no contact between staff and guests. ​

  • Clean towels will be delivered upon request.

  • Unnecessary decorative items such as magazines, pens, note pads, throw pillows, and extra blankets have been removed from guest rooms.

COMMON AREAS

  • The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in all public spaces, with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces, is increased.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are positioned at key contact areas.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For reservations made December 8 2020 or after
    Reservations will be secured with a 50% deposit.
    If you cancel your reservation......30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus a 5% fee.
    ... 0 to 29 days prior to your arrival the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • For reservations made prior to December 8 2020
    If you cancel your reservation...
    ...30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund complete payment minus 5% fee.
    ...15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% to you of the total reservation price.
    ...1-14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 25% to you of the total reservation price.
    We charge 100% for cancellations on the day of arrival and for no shows.
